This shows that the Medingen nuns still actively engaged with their prayer-books during the debate about whether and how to adopt the Lutheran Reformation. What the comparison of the Oxford and Hanoverian copies also shows is that the nuns did this as they had done previously: as a collective, creatively sharing best practice &#8211; and prints. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Catalogue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Handschriften der Nieders\u00e4chsischen Landesbibliothek Hannover, Erster Teil Ms I 1\u2011Ms I 174.
